What General Pest Control Covers
Last updated: October 2026
General Pest Control may include an inspection of accessible areas, treatment for covered household pests, and recommendations for reducing conditions that attract them. The pests, locations, treatment methods, and any follow-up visits depend on the written estimate or service agreement you approve. Work outside that agreed scope requires a separate agreement; examples may include termite work, wildlife removal, structural repairs, extensive cleanouts, or treatment of areas that cannot be safely accessed.
Our technicians must use pesticides according to their labels and applicable law, including the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), Oklahoma’s Pesticide Applicators Act, and Oklahoma Administrative Code Title 35. Oklahoma licensing requirements apply to pesticide application.
We follow applicable OSHA Hazard Communication requirements for chemical labels and safety data sheets. Pesticide containers and waste must be handled according to label directions and applicable disposal rules, including RCRA where relevant.
The Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food and Forestry and Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality oversee relevant state requirements. CDC guidance may inform health-related precautions.
Setting, Changing, or Canceling a Visit
Appointments are arranged by phone, email, or another method we make available. We will confirm the expected service date and any preparation or access instructions we know are needed. Please provide accurate access details and tell us about relevant household conditions, such as pets, occupants who need special precautions, or areas that cannot be entered.
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change a visit. Any cancellation deadline or fee applies only if it was disclosed in the agreement or appointment confirmation.
If a technician cannot safely access the agreed treatment areas, we may need to reschedule or adjust the work, and will explain any effect on the appointment before proceeding where practical. A request to add pests, rooms, buildings, or other work changes the agreed scope.
We will describe any added cost or scheduling change and obtain your approval before performing that additional work. A requested change is not accepted until we confirm it.
Estimates, Approved Work, and Payment
An estimate describes the work and price we expect for the conditions and access information available at the time. It is not approval for work beyond the items listed. If an inspection reveals a material difference, we will explain the proposed change and its price before doing additional work. You may accept or decline the change; declining may limit the work we can complete.
The estimate, service agreement, or invoice will state when payment is due and which payment methods are accepted. Payment is due as shown in those documents.
No specific price, discount, or financing arrangement applies unless it is stated in writing for your service. Please raise any question about a charge promptly so we can review the estimate, work record, and invoice with you.
If you believe a charge does not match the approved scope, contact us before the due date when possible. Any correction or adjustment must be confirmed by Oklahoma Pest Solutions in writing.
What to Know About Service Guarantees
Any warranty, retreatment commitment, or other service guarantee applies only when its terms are provided in writing for the work you purchase. The written terms will identify what is covered, how long coverage lasts, and how to request service. These terms do not create a general warranty or promise a particular result where no written coverage has been offered.
Coverage may depend on completing the agreed treatment, following preparation and safety instructions, providing access for any required follow-up, and addressing conditions that contribute to pest activity. A guarantee may not cover pests or areas outside the approved scope, new pest activity after the stated coverage period, or conditions caused by other work or circumstances beyond the service performed.
We will review the specific written terms with you if you have a concern. Do not rely on a verbal statement that conflicts with the signed agreement; ask us to clarify or document any promised coverage before work begins.

Service Expert at Oklahoma Pest Solutions
I built my pest-control experience in Oklahoma City, where hot summers, sudden storms, and homes with slab foundations can create steady pest pressure. I started this company to give Oklahoma homeowners clear inspections and treatment plans suited to local conditions, from ants and rodents to termite concerns.
Responsibility for Service and Existing Conditions
To the extent permitted by law, Oklahoma Pest Solutions’ responsibility for a claim arising from a particular service is limited to the amount paid for that service. This limit does not apply where prohibited by law and does not waive rights that cannot legally be waived. We are not responsible for damage or pest activity caused by pre-existing conditions, concealed defects, unreported hazards, restricted access, or work performed by others, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
We will apply pesticides in accordance with their labels and applicable requirements, including FIFRA, the Oklahoma Pesticide Applicators Act, and Oklahoma Administrative Code Title 35. OSHA chemical communication rules apply to relevant labels and safety data sheets.
Pesticide waste and containers must be handled under label directions and applicable disposal laws, including RCRA where relevant. Nothing here authorizes disposal contrary to label instructions or Oklahoma requirements.
Please follow all safety directions provided for your service and promptly report a concern so we can review it.
Questions About These Terms
For questions about these terms or an agreed service, contact Oklahoma Pest Solutions at (877) 729-2528 or info@oklahomapestsolutions.top. Written correspondence may be sent to Devon Tower, 333 W Sheridan Ave, Oklahoma City, OK. Please include your name, service address, and a brief description of your question so we can direct it to the right person.
These terms may be updated from time to time. We will post revised terms on the applicable page and identify the revision date when available.
For a scheduled or completed service, the terms in the agreement you accepted generally govern that work unless you and we agree to a change in writing or the law requires otherwise. New terms apply to future services after they are posted or otherwise communicated.
Contact us if you are unsure which version applies. Nothing in these terms changes legal rights that cannot be changed by agreement.
